A good exercise for self evaluation in your life may be to review the list during a quiet time and recollect how each or any one of the phrases and answers has had an effect on your present mentality or the empirical ending in actual situation. Both the ideal, controversial answers presented would have fostered a better situation and if bypassed as a bad alternative would have resulted in a better outcome! As I performed that very exercise, I was shocked by how many time I COULD have used and in other cases ignored the behaviors or mindsets listed would have had a much better outcome versus the end result of my initiative, actions or behaviors actually undertaken!
