The Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the North Carolina Chamber and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC), is announcing the launch of Carolina HealthWorks, an innovative health coverage option for small employers across the state.
Approved by the North Carolina Department of Insurance, Carolina HealthWorks allows employers with 2 to 50 employees who are members of the NC Chamber or a participating local chamber to access Blue Cross NC health, dental, and vision plans at competitive rates.

“The Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce has long supported efforts to make healthcare more affordable for our local employers,” said Cindy Cobb, Executive Director of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce. “Carolina HealthWorks gives small businesses access to quality coverage that helps them attract and retain employees while managing costs.”
