November 16 – January 4 – Seasonal feature: Festival of Trees. A tapestry of trees with a variety of themes, along with wreathes and garlands created by the volunteers, provide a magical mood on the bridge for the holidays.
December 1 – Light Up Lake Lure. Classical Academy students will sing favorite holiday songs, followed by the official lighting of the Flowering Bridge. After sunset, beside parking area on west end of the bridge.
