Free Health And Vision Screenings For Children And Adults
The Lake Lure Lions Club and partners are offering free health and vision screenings and resources to the communities of Lake Lure, Chimney Rock and surrounding communities affected by Hurricane Helene.
Saturday, August 8 at Lake Lure Classical Academy Gym, 1058 Island Creek Road, Lake Lure, NC 28746 from 9:00AM to 4:00PM.
Services to be provided include free blood pressure and blood sugar screenings, adult and child vision screenings and exams, eyeglasses, kindergarten physicals, back-to-school haircuts, childhood vaccinations, health and family resources, car seat checks, bike safety education, and bike helmet giveaway.
